Hamster Love

A Hamster ball...
The greatest rodent invention EVER!!!
Still makes me want to stand on my chair with a broom, but takes the edge off a bit.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the little rodent. I can hold her, let her run up and down my arm and legs, but once she hits the floor and starts to scurry... well, I wanna do this

Hahahaha! The kids' godmother is terrified of rodents. When I and her girls were younger, we would buy the furry cat toy mice and leave them places she would step on them at night. It was hysterical!

Hahaha, I agree ~ greatest invention ever. Many years ago my daughter had a HUGE pet rat that she would put in one of those things. Ratty (and I) loved it!

Stop by if you get a chance, I've got a great "mascara" giveaway that started today that you might like.

Yeah, me too!! I wouldn't want it going under my furniture and "getting lost". Eek.

We had hamsters once when I was 11. I could just barely hold one. And I know now there is NO WAY I could. Rodents terrify me, even the cuter ones. Those balls are great though, and keep 'em enclosed. Good luck!

Don't loose that ball! :-)

I had a hamster ball as a child. My "Goldie" loved the darn thing. It got to the point where it didn't latch shut correctly though, for some reason, and every once in a while the ball would break open and Goldie would run free. So BEWARE! :o)

I am with you! I am a total animal lover, but a rodent on the floor makes me go EEEK! Glad you can bond with it otherwise :)

I used to love (and have) hamsters, gerbils, rats, mice, guinea pigs and rabbits. Now I won't let my daughter have anything in the rodent family and I feel like a heel. I just can't deal with cleaning cages.

I spent a very frightening day and a half when our hamster got loose in the basement. Someone told me that they like to burrow in mattresses. *shudders*

We had a little gerbil named Mr. T and he had one of those balls. The funniest thing I ever saw was when one day, when I wasn't paying attention, I looked up to see the dog walking by with that huge yellow ball w/the gerbil inside, in his mouth. Heehee....wish I would've gotten a pic.

The only pet my mom would let me have was a hamster. (It took us years to catch on that their life span is only 3 years. Oh, the trauma! ;-> )

I love the hamster ball!

ACK! I wanted to kick the hamster ball - is that wrong?

I'm kidding. Sort of. My mom let me have hamsters as a kid and now I can't imagine how she did that. Maybe it's because we have so many mice in our home and I see that small, furry shape and I want to scream. Or maybe I just have issues. I like to think they jury's out on that one...

I'd be right with you. My poor kids...they will never be able to talk me into having anything rodent related for a pet. I'd be better having a snake.
